Eamonn Dillon has worked at director level for a number of public and semi-public sector businesses within housing and social services. He focuses on bringing about and managing change, inspiring better performance and promoting improved working relationships, and he brings a passionate and enthusiastic approach to everything he does.

Often working on a time-limited contract to introduce, review or develop specific services, Eamonn has been responsible for initiatives such as

• Kent County Council’s Asylum and Refugee Service Unit
• Supporting Independence within Kent County Council
• Setting up the community development charity West Kent Extra as part of West Kent Housing, the Audit Commission’s first ‘three star’ social housing provider.
• Setting up West Kent Consulting, a new business designed to share the initiatives that won West Kent Housing its ‘three star’ accolade.

Since forming Eamonn Dillon Consulting, Eamonn has continued to help organisations by offering hands-on support through insightful analysis that inspires positive change. A charismatic leader who is able to relate to a wide range of people at all levels, Eamonn has the knack of getting the best out of people and of inspiring organisations in the same way that he inspires individuals.

Recent key achievements include promoting business and cultural change as a regional director with the largest social housing provider in the UK and helping adult social services within a major London borough tackle concerns in residential homes for older people and homes for learning disability service users.
